Item Nametags

Floating name tags above dropped items, showing each item's name and stack size. A Paper and Purpur plugin for Minecraft 1.20 to 26.3.

Item Nametags is a lightweight server plugin. It puts a floating name tag above every dropped item in the world, showing the item's display name (or its material name) and the current stack size, for example Diamond Sword x3, and keeps it up to date in real time.

Install#

1. Download the latest jar from Modrinth.
2. Put it in your server's plugins folder.
3. Restart the server.

The plugin runs on Paper and Purpur, Minecraft 1.20 to 26.3. Tags are configured in plugins/ItemNametags/config.yml.
