The software, including its compiled form, source code, assets and
documentation (the "Software"), is the property of Xichil (the "Author").
The Software is not open source. Its source code may be made available to
read, for example as a sources jar next to its API, but reading it grants no
right beyond the permissions expressly granted below; all other rights are
reserved.

1. PERMISSIONS

You may, free of charge:

  a. Download, install and run the Software, on clients and servers, for
     personal or commercial play, including videos, streams and
     monetized content.

  b. Develop mods that depend on the Software: declare it as a dependency,
     and compile and link against its public API as published by the Author.
     Mods you create this way are yours, and you may license them however
     you wish. This License does not apply to them.

  c. Include the unmodified, officially released Software file in a modpack
     and distribute that modpack, provided you do not charge for the
     Software itself. Credit to the Author is appreciated but optional.

  d. Redistribute the unmodified, officially released Software file
     alongside a mod that requires it (including as a nested/jar-in-jar
     dependency), provided its contents, metadata and this License are left
     intact.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

  a. Copy, extract or reuse any code, assets, textures, language files or
     other resources of the Software in any other project.

  b. Modify the Software or distribute modified versions of it.

  c. Decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate or otherwise reverse engineer the
     Software, or attempt to derive its source code, except to the extent
     that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.

  d. Repackage, re-upload or present the Software, or any part of it, as
     your own work, or remove or alter copyright notices or this License.

  e. Sell, sublicense or rent the Software, or place it behind a paywall,
     paid early-access tier, or ad-supported download wall. Donations to
     modpack or hosting platforms in the ordinary course are not a violation.

  f. Shade, relocate or merge the Software's classes into another file
     (as opposed to including the intact Software file under 1.d).

  g. Use the Software to build a competing product that copies its
     functionality by means of its code or internals. Using its public API
     as intended is allowed.

3. OWNERSHIP

The Software is licensed, not sold. No ownership rights transfer to you.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Author.

4. TERMINATION

This License ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must
stop using and distributing the Software and delete all copies you hold.
The Author may reinstate the License in writing.

5. NO WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER
LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM,
OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN IT.

7. OTHER PERMISSIONS

For any use not covered above, ask the Author for written permission first.
Permission may be granted or refused at the Author's discretion.

8. THIRD-PARTY AND GAME CONTENT

This License covers only the Author's own work. Minecraft and any third-party
libraries remain subject to their own owners' terms and licenses. This
Software is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or
associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
